WEREWOLF PART 1 Two men are murdered in Gotham who both happen to work for Wayne Foundation. One with a shot to the head, the other on the streets, mauled to death with a witness reporting that it was a werewolf who attacked him. Batman discovers that two more werewolf murders were committed in London, with him and Alfred heading to the city to further investigate. Batman learns of the assassin who shot the first man, a man by the name of Curruthers and begins to try and find leads on his whereabouts. He then agrees to work with Inspector Colman Nash in the search for the werewolf killer. Bruce, under the ruse of a private investigator, visits the wife of the first werewolf victim and learns about her ex-husband, Charles Blake, who she suspects is the culprit behind her second husband's murder. She tells him that he was a troubled man, an orphan, who neglected her and his business for ideas of some invention and that he disappeared a year ago. He then visits Tommy Twist, brother of the second victim, a crime-lord and twin brother of the fellow crime-lord victim and finds out that Charles Blake had a motive for murder with him and even threatened him over the phone. Bruce continues his investigation into Curruthers and the werewolf killer, suspecting a werewolf cult lead by a woman named Raven Maguire along the way. Eventually Batman finds out where Curruthers is staying and pays him a visit, Curruthers gets away in the end, however. Batman re-visits Inspector Nash with the man revealing that a possible target for Blake is in Belgravia, who is expecting protection from them, Batman heads over there early. Bruce is too late by the time he gets there, finding the victim mauled to death and then coming face to face with a large werewolf.
